After reading other students pages, I've seen that the majority of students in this class are here to learn more about how people interact with new media.

For the most part, people in the class use very similar media. Most people use some sort of social media on a weekly basis. An example that was on nearly everyone's page was either Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or any combination of these. For TV shows and movies, most people listed Netflix or HBOGo as a source. Many people even added youtube as a source of entertainment. However, there weren't really many people who actually use cable or dish for TV. About half the class was into video games on either a console, or on the pc. Finally, the majority of people in the class listen to music. This includes spotify, pandora, or even just the radio.
